Another reason Hybrid yoga is unique

Why don’t I teach a generic class? - because everyone’s body is different and has different needs to bring it into symmetry, to strengthen, be more supple or recover from injury. If I were to teach a whole class hip openers what would happen to those who already have open hips....they would become unstable! Strength invites tightness, flexibility invites instability!!In my classes I AM ALWAYS WORKING TOWARDS SYMMETRY which is VERY individual. Strength vs flexibility = You can’t have one without the other 🙌
