I started going to Yoga classes when I was 21. From there I attended classes once a week for the next 10 years, Also going to the odd retreat or work shop for a weekend or maybe a week I ended up trying just about every type of Yoga. When I was 30 I went travelling for 6 months starting off in L.A and ending up in India. During my travels I attended many Yoga classes and courses. It wasn't until I came home and went to live in an ashram in Florida that I actually did my teacher training to professor level. When I returned home this time I was asked to teach a class somewhere, it took off and I have been teaching ever since. We all have many parts to our personality but I would say Yoga is a massive part of mine. For me, the benefits physically, mentally and emotionally are endless. I am forever grateful that we crossed paths I don't know where I would be without it!
